Description
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive and reliable commercial janitorial services at the District-5 Annapolis Maintenance Shop. The services provided shall be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. The anticipated Contract start date is January 02, 2026.
• The Contractor must have a minimum of three years' experience in providing janitorial services similar to those contained in these specifications.
• The Contractor must provide all cleaning products/chemicals, polish, and equipment necessary to carry out the service requirements.
• The Contractor shall supervise all workmanship to ensure that it is of the highest grade and according to the best standard practice.
• The Contractor shall assign to the Contract, as an agent, competent supervision capable of communicating in English, and capable of reading and thoroughly understanding the Contract documents.
