Notice of Change in Acquisition Strategy - FRCSW Technology, Information and Management Support (TIMS) (formerly MAPS)

The Navy has announced a change in acquisition strategy for the FRCSW Technology, Information and Management Support (TIMS) project, formerly known as MAPS. The original Sources Sought was issued via Seaport NxGen, and an announcement was made on May 29, 2025, stating that the procurement would be set-aside for a Woman-Owned Small Business. However, the Government has reevaluated its acquisition strategy based on recent Federal directives and adjustments to FRCSW requirements.
