Paper and Chemical Products

The Lamar County School System is seeking bids for the provision of paper and chemical products for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Bidders must provide a firm, fixed price for the products, and prices will remain firm for the contract period. The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The SFA is seeking to purchase paper and chemical products, including but not limited to, paper, chemicals, and supplies. • The successful bidder must have a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan in place. • The SFA will make payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice for properly received goods and services. • Bidders must provide nutritional data for all products.
