Description
The City of Sandersville is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of an outdoor recreational area for the city's animal control facility. The project includes outdoor running space, fencing, concrete pads, animal kennels, and interior upgrades such as removal and replacement of chain link gates, galvanized steel channels, and office flooring. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 28th at 10:00am.
• The bid must include the total cost of equipment and installation and estimated project start date.
• The bid must include a description of the equipment features and the warranty provided.
• The bid should include a completed W-9 Form.
• Questions will be answered until November 4th, 2025 by addendum posted on the city's website.
