Demolition and Debris Removal Services

The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide demolition and debris removal services in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, following the May 2025 tornado event. The selected vendors will be included in a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) and will have the opportunity to respond to Task Orders issued by the State Agency. The scope of work includes demolition of eligible private structures, debris segregation and removal, and environmental monitoring and control. Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • Key requirements include: • Minimum experience qualifications • OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Ability to manage and dispose of all eligible debris and demolition materials • Ability to perform work efficiently, effectively, and safely • Ability to minimize environmental impact • Ability to provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation
