The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing a residential structure at 15441 Bentler. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement. The vendor will be subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements of their pre-qualification and the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025".
• The property is a single-unit residential structure built in 1951 with a floor area of 1,019 square feet.
• The parcel size is 5,009 square feet.
• The vendor must use backfill material from a Category 2 source approved on the City of Detroit Backfill platform.
• The vendor will be subject to disciplinary action under the Discipline Policy if they fail to commence demolition within the stipulated timeframe.
