Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Sunflower Inventory Scanners

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to procure rugged mobile barcode scanning devices configured to operate with the HHS Property Management Information System (PMIS), also known as Sunflower Systems Mobile Release 5.6.3. The required scanners must be fully compatible with the existing Sunflower Mobile software environment. • The contract includes the acquisition of forty-six (46) handheld mobile computer scanning devices. • The devices must be configured with Sunflower Mobile Release Version 5.6.3. • The contract includes software licensing, configuration, integration, testing, support services, and maintenance cost. • The estimated total value of this requirement is $240,000.
