Santa Fe County’s Attorney’s Office is seeking a qualified New Mexico‑licensed attorney or law firm to provide comprehensive labor and employee relations consulting services for a four‑year period beginning December 2024. The contractor will advise on collective‑bargaining agreements, conduct research, represent the County in arbitration or court, provide training, and perform any other labor‑relations tasks authorized by the County Attorney. The solicitation requires a narrative response, personnel resumes, insurance certificates, a detailed cost proposal (hourly rates and line‑item budget), and any applicable preference certifications.
