Description
The United States Department of the Interior is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a contract for appraisal services for CEPRS Parcels 087035 & 146935. The contract is for market valuation and appraisal report to assist the Bureau of Reclamation in determining the amount to be paid as just compensation for the property rights to be acquired. The property is located in Kittitas County, Washington, and the proposed acquisition is for the Cle Elum Pool Raise under the Yakima Basin Water Enhancement Project. The project consists of raising the maximum water level of the Cle Elum Reservoir by three feet.
• The contract is for a firm-fixed-price acquisition.
• The contract is expected to be completed in 2028.
• The Government reserves the right to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a result of this announcement.
• The Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.
