Facility Cleaning Services - Richfield

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking a vendor to provide full-time cleaning and janitorial services for the shared BCI/OPOTA Richfield offices. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties, as well as periodic and annual cleaning projects. The vendor will be required to provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure consistent quality custodial staffing coverage Monday through Friday. • Daily cleaning duties include common areas, lunchrooms, restrooms, office areas, and conference rooms. • Weekly and monthly cleaning duties include dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning of specific areas. • Periodic and annual cleaning projects include washing main entrance glass, washing restroom walls, and shampooing carpets. • The vendor must meet quality standards set by the contract and have experience with full-time cleaning and janitorial services of similar size and complexity. • The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for an additional two years.
