Description
The Red River Army Depot is seeking to purchase 24 tactical load pods and 12 proof load pods. The contractor will be responsible for modifying the pods in accordance with the provided drawings and delivering them to the depot within 45 days of receiving the cores. The contractor must also have the capability to take core assets off trailers and load completed assets onto RRAD trailers. The government intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive offer and capable of providing the required products.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the pods.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a statement regarding the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving an award.
