Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $20,000,000

The budget for this project is estimated to be around $10 million to $20 million, based on the project's scope and the fact that the CMAR is required to provide a 125% performance bond and 125% payment bond for a project valued up to $20 million in construction costs. The actual budget will depend on the final GMP contract negotiated with the selected CMAR.
