On-Call Property Maintenance Services for the Town of Nantucket

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a contractor to provide on-call property maintenance services for up to 24 Town-owned residential properties. The services may range from extensive long-term coverage to occasional short-term coverage. The contractor will provide on-call assistance, emergency repair work, and inspections as outlined in the Scope of Services. The maintenance services will include light plumbing tasks, light electrical work, general maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, minor structural repairs, and other tasks. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience providing on-call property maintenance services to public agencies in Massachusetts. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a detailed description of their approach to providing the services, their qualifications and experience, and their pricing. • The contractor must be willing to enter into the Town's standard contract form. • The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including prevailing wage laws.
