Description
The Lincoln Park Public Schools is seeking a contractor to install a new lighting system at Lincoln Park High School. The project requires the installation of a stage lighting system in the main auditorium, including all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and freight. The successful bidder will provide a complete, turnkey project installation, including initial system design and programming, on-site training, and remote support via phone for 1 year. The bid shall also include a warranty that consists of full parts and labor coverage for 1 year, excluding intentional damage.
• The main lighting system will include an Apple Mac Mini running Vista Lighting Control software, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, a Vista Ex Control Surface, and various Chauvet lighting fixtures.
• The contractor will be responsible for mounting, installing, and adjusting all equipment, installing equipment racks, dressing and terminating all wiring per normal accepted practices, and labeling all wiring and equipment as necessary.
• The owner's manuals shall be furnished on a flash drive.
• The contractor must provide and obtain all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to perform all items listed in the scope of work.
• The contractor must also provide and obtain all necessary permits and schedule all necessary inspections with local, county, etc. agencies as required by law.
