Description
The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide scrap metal recycling services for regions 1-3 and 7-9. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, starting from June 1, 2026, and ending on May 31, 2031. The vendor will be required to pay the State the average weekly high side rate for the calendar month of pick-up per gross ton. The award will be made to the highest discount percentage submitted by the vendor, which will result in the greatest return to the State.
