The U.S. Government Publishing Office (on behalf of DHS) seeks a vendor to produce 100 coil‑bound “Damage Control Handbook V3” manuals and deliver one electronic PDF set. The books are 4½ × 5¾ in., 148 text pages plus tabs, with full‑gloss laminated covers, custom red flood‑coat, and reinforced Mylar‑covered tabs. The contractor must provide a press‑quality PDF proof for electronic approval, then complete printing (offset or digital) meeting Quality Level III standards, bind, laminate, shrink‑wrap in cartons of 20, and ship traceably to USCGC Kimball in Honolulu, HI by 22 June 2026. A single digital PDF “Optimized for Press” version must also be emailed after print delivery.
