Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work and the duration of the project, it is estimated that the budget could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the vendor will need to provide a team of experts, including researchers, planners, and engineers, to complete the project. The budget will also depend on the level of complexity and the amount of work required to complete the project.
