Cornerstone CS-26-1502 Medium Caliber Ammunition Support Project Call: XM1228 BADGER EMD LRIP

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) is seeking proposals for the XM1228 BADGER EMD LRIP project. The project aims to create a broad-based, flexible, and enduring public-private consortium focused on strategic strengthening of the U.S. Manufacturing and Defense Industrial Base. The CIR will solicit proposals for up to two expenditure-based OTAs with incremental payments made upon completion of specific milestones. The period of performance will be 36 months. Key aspects of the project include: • The CIR is restricted to Cornerstone consortium members only. • Entities must have an active registration in SAM.gov, a favorable status in Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information Systems, and be members of the Cornerstone Consortium to be eligible to submit a proposal. • The project will incorporate specific clauses, including FAR Clause 52.204-24 and DFARS clause 252.232-7006. • A non-competitive follow-on production OT may be awarded following a successful prototype.
