Custodial Services for Misawa Commissary, Bldg. 325, Misawa Air Base, Japan

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for the Misawa Commissary, located at Bldg. 325 on the Misawa Air Base, Japan. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the Commissary operation stays clean, neat, and presents a professional appearance. The services must be performed in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement and commercial standard practices. • The contractor must submit a license/certificate for Kenchikubutsu Seisougyou Touroku or Kenchikubutsu kankyoeisei sougou kanrigyou touroku. • The contractor must attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit on/around August 26. • The contractor must provide recent and relevant past performance information performed in U.S. Installation in Japan within 3 years from the issuance date of the RFQ. • The contractor must provide a certificate/consent for subcontracting signed by representatives of both parties if working with a subcontractor.
