Description
The Manchester Housing Authority is seeking a General Contractor to rehabilitate 317 units as part of a conversion initiative. The rehabilitation work will be funded by a HUD Section 221(d)(4) substantial rehabilitation loan. The selected contractor will be responsible for the renovation services.
