Description
The California Health and Human Services Agency, Office of Technology and Solutions Integration, is seeking a vendor to provide TestGrid TestOS renewal services. The scope of work includes providing TestOS licenses for a period of 12 months. The vendor must hold a current Small Business (SB) certification and comply with all instructions and requirements stated in the solicitation. The award will be based on best value and meeting all the solicitation requirements.
• The term of the agreement is 12 months, commencing on February 24, 2026, and ending on February 23, 2027.
• The vendor must provide a quote for the TestOS licenses, including the price, sales tax, discounts, and total cost.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to data security and privacy.
• The vendor must provide documentation, such as a Bidder Declaration and Commercially Useful Function (CUF) documentation, as required.
• The vendor must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement, including those related to payment, invoicing, and termination.
