Description
The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking a consultant to provide environmental compliance services on an as-needed basis. The selected consultant will provide professional environmental compliance support services, including audits, assessments, testing, permitting, planning, remediation design, reporting, training, and extension of staff. The contract will be for a term of two years with an option for three one-year renewals. The consultant must be familiar with federal requirements applicable to projects funded with federal grants.
• The consultant will provide services at four Palm Beach County owned and operated airports.
• The consultant must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and all applicable Federal, State, and Local Codes, Regulations, Ordinances, and Policies.
• The consultant must satisfy the County’s applicable Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Insurance Requirements.
• The contract will be funded in whole or in part with federal, state, and/or local funds.
