Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified contractor to provide quarterly preventative maintenance and cleaning of grease traps and associated kitchen drainage lines at the Alabama Criminal Justice Training Center in Selma. The work includes pumping up to 5,000 gallons of grease, oil, liquids, semi‑solids and solid residue, high‑pressure jetting of all kitchen supply, dishwasher, warming station, salad‑bar, and exterior clean‑out lines, cable‑draining of kitchen sink drains, verification of flow, site clean‑up, and coordination with facility‑management staff. Services are to be performed once each quarter (January, April, July, October).
• Pump and clean each grease trap, removing up to 5,000 gal per service.
• High‑pressure jetting of all interior kitchen drainage lines and exterior clean‑out.
• Cable‑drain clearing, flow verification, site clean‑up, and coordination with on‑site staff.
• Quarterly schedule with four service months per calendar year; no specific calendar dates required.
