Lake Havasu City is seeking qualified towing and wrecker companies to provide 24/7 emergency towing, recovery, storage, and related services within city limits for a two‑year term (July 1 2026 – June 30 2028). The contractor must maintain a fenced storage facility with at least 25 spaces, meet Arizona vehicle and driver licensing standards, respond to calls within 45 minutes, and handle ordinary, extraordinary, evidentiary, and abandoned‑vehicle tows. Rates are capped by Exhibit A (e.g., $25‑$90 per day storage, tow fees up to $2,000, mileage $6‑$9.50 per mile). The agreement includes insurance, indemnification, and audit requirements, and the city may terminate for convenience with 30‑day notice.
