City of Chula Vista Underwriter Services (Lease Revenue Bonds)

The City of Chula Vista is issuing an RFQ to pre‑qualify up to three underwriters (plus two alternates) that will later be invited to submit Statements of Qualifications for municipal underwriting services. The selected firms will advise on transaction planning, review financing documents, conduct rating‑agency and investor outreach, structure and market lease‑revenue bonds (LRBs) and certificates of participation (COPs), and provide closing and post‑sale support.
