Description
The Spokane Airports Board is seeking a contractor to fully rehabilitate Flightline Boulevard at Spokane International Airport. The work includes pavement resurfacing, full‑depth repairs, storm‑water system upgrades, sidewalk and ADA improvements, concrete curb and gutter installation, decorative painting, drainage pipe replacement, erosion control, and limited landscaping. Bidders must submit unit prices for a detailed line‑item schedule covering roughly 17,000 SY of asphalt, 4,000 SY of concrete curb/gutter, 7,200 LF of crack sealing, and assorted drainage and utility items. The contract is a fixed‑price public‑works award with a 40‑day construction window and an accelerated west‑side completion deadline of September 21, 2026.
