Description
The Berkley Schools are seeking bids for the 2026 Roofing Program. A mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for January 19, 2026. The bids shall be submitted by January 30, 2026, and the public bid opening will take place upon the due date of the bids. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
• The project involves roofing work for the Berkley Schools.
• Bid documents are available online.
• Davis-Bacon wage rates are required for all work performed.
• A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship is required.
• The Board may reject any or all bids, and if all bids are rejected, shall readvertise in the manner required by this policy.
