The VA is seeking a nationwide firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑delivery requirements contract to supply Ticagrelor tablets (60 mg and 90 mg) in multiple bottle sizes (60‑tablet, 500‑tablet, and 1,000‑tablet units). The award will be based on the lowest total evaluated price that meets all technical, regulatory, and packaging requirements. The contractor must provide unique 11‑digit NDCs, comply with FDA cGMP standards, meet DSCSA labeling and barcode specifications, embed a 0.5 % cost‑recovery fee in all unit prices, and submit quarterly sales reports. The contract includes a one‑year base period plus up to four one‑year options, with an implementation window of up to 60 days, for a maximum duration of five years.
