Request for Proposals for Engineering Services for Sewer and/or Wastewater Infrastructure Project

The Town of Ecru is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for a sewer and/or wastewater infrastructure project. The project has potential funding from various sources, including HUD - Community Development Block Grant and Appalachian Regional Commission. The selected engineer will be responsible for performing all engineering services through project closeout, including preparing preliminary cost estimates, plans, and specifications, and assisting in bid opening and construction contract execution.
