Gaylord High School Auditorium Lighting Upgrades

The Gaylord Community Schools is seeking bids for a lighting upgrade project at the Gaylord High School Auditorium. The project includes the replacement of house lighting and controls, and theatrical lighting and controls. Bidders are required to submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Superintendent of the School District. Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act is also required. • The project is located at 90 Livingston Boulevard, Gaylord, MI 49735. • A pre-bid conference will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time. • Bids must be received prior to 10:30 AM local time on May 27, 2026. • The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
