Description
The City of North Las Vegas is inviting prospective vendors to submit bids for a city-wide property maintenance program. The program includes services such as scheduled and emergency securing of doors, windows, roofs, and walls, debris removal, mechanical vegetation control, abatement, encampment clean-up, herbicide applications, and asbestos abatement. The contract is expected to start on February 5, 2026, and end on February 4, 2029.
• The City is looking for vendors to provide a wide range of property maintenance services.
• The contract will be for a period of approximately 3 years.
• Vendors must submit their bids through the NGEM platform.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 1, 2025, via Microsoft Teams.
