Sole Source Notice of Intent - Circadence RangeGPT and Range Conductor

The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Circadence Corporation for RangeGPT and Range Conductor. The proposed contract action is for a cloud-based, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered solution to expedite cyber training and readiness. The solution will employ the services and capabilities of the training and simulation platform, empowering organizations to build cyber readiness at scale using a Graphical User Interface (GUI). • The contract will involve a 30-day period of performance, moving through the full cyber range workflow from concept development to after-action review. • The services' capabilities enable responsive end-to-end cyber range creation, democratize cyber range engineering, enable broad, automatic integration and interpolation of data sources, improve operational security and risk management, and reduce ongoing personnel requirements. • The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
