Description
The U.S. Navy is issuing a sole‑source Request for Quotation to acquire a complete Wasson‑ECE analytical system for determining light gases, hydrocarbons, refrigerants and nitrous oxide in nitrogen and air samples. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract for a fully configured Agilent 8890 Gas Chromatograph with dual thermal conductivity detectors, associated sampling valves, pneumatic actuators, columns, filters, software licenses, spare parts, and a two‑day on‑site installation and training package. Delivery is to the Naval Air Warfare Center, North Island, San Diego, CA, with a required delivery window of no later than four weeks after contract award and a final delivery date of 16 Oct 2026. The contract includes a one‑year limited warranty and a service tool kit. All offerors must be SAM‑registered and must submit their quotation by 08 Sep 2026.
