Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a contractor to provide Rocket Data z/Direct server maintenance and support for a period of one year, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contractor must provide maintenance and support for the specified software, including updates, fixes, and technical assistance. The contractor must also provide a valid ID and sign-in at the front desk, and meet state-mandated Covid-19 requirements.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the set due date.
