Description
The City of Salina seeks a qualified contractor to remove and properly dispose of all vehicle and equipment tires delivered to its municipal solid waste landfill. The contract is a fixed‑price, per‑tire arrangement covering five tire size categories, with service to be performed on a monthly or on‑request basis over a two‑year period. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and comply with Kansas and EPA regulations, while maintaining records and insurance as stipulated.
• Remove passenger‑car, light‑truck, truck/equipment, and heavy‑equipment tires of specified size ranges.
• Bill the City on a per‑tire basis using rates submitted in the proposal; payment within 30 days of invoice.
