Various Model of 2026 (CURRENT MODEL YEAR) FORD Vehicles

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for the purchase, registration, and delivery of various 2026 model year Ford vehicles, including Transit 12 passenger vans, Transit Inmate Vans, F-150 4X4 Supercrew, F-150 Police Responders, Explorer AWD 4x4, and Police Interceptor Utility vehicles. The vehicles must meet all California emission standards and have all legal safety devices. The awarded bidder will be required to process the necessary documentation with the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to register the vehicle with exempt license plates. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, and delivery date. • The contract is for a one-time purchase with no obligation to purchase any specified amount of goods or services. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, waive any discrepancy or technicality, and split or make the award in any manner determined to be most advantageous to the County. • The County recognizes that prices are only one of several criteria to be used in judging an offer, and the County is not legally bound to accept the lowest offer. • The awarded bidder will be required to provide a warranty that includes all parts and labor, and handle all repairs/services of equipment under warranty. • The County reserves the right to withdraw the Request for Quote, reject a specific quote for noncompliance, or not award a bid at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
