Nitrogen Generator

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a nitrogen generator that produces nitrogen gas with a purity of 95% - 99% for inflating aircraft tires. The generator should have a maximum size of 6' x 3' x 6' and a maximum weight of 4,000 lbs. It should also have a storage pressure of 4000 - 5000 PSIG and an output pressure of 300 - 500 PSIG. The system must include a nitrogen generator, filtration, pressure regulation, and an in-line oxygen analyzer. The panel should have a touchscreen Human-Machine Interface (HMI) control panel and an Emergency Stop button. Some key features of the nitrogen generator include: • Membrane nitrogen production • Dry, oil-less quality of nitrogen • Onboard storage of reserve nitrogen with a desired storage capacity of 850 CFM • Output flow of 13 - 20 SCFM • Operating temperature of 50°F - 125°F • Electrical utilities of 460V/60Hz/3 Phase • A rotary screw air compressor contained within the nitrogen generator
