Description
The Sherwood Forest Mint Hill ETJ Project in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to support the project. This includes clearing/grading, storm drainage installation, catch basin, yard inlet, wheel chair ramp, curb & gutter, asphalt placement, subgrade, and more.
• The project requires bid, performance, and payment & material bonds.
• NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards will be observed.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from Tou Bong Vang.
• Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
