Description
The City of Columbus, Traffic Maintenance Division, is seeking bids for the purchase and immediate delivery of one sign maintenance truck on a class 6/7 medium duty chassis with air brakes and a sign service body with crane. The truck will be used by the Traffic Management Division Sign Department and can be operated by a CDL operator if needed. Bidders are required to show experience in providing these types of equipment and warranty service as detailed in the specifications.
• The bid proposal will provide for the purchase, installation, and delivery of one sign maintenance truck.
• Bidders must submit an outline of their experience and work history in providing these types of equipment and warranty service for the past five years.
• The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports, similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification.
• Questions regarding the bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 11:00 am on Monday, July 6, 2026.
• Responses to questions will be posted on the RFQ on Vendor Services no later than Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 am.
