Swimming Pool Maintenance and Repairs at Richmond State Supported Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for swimming pool maintenance and repairs at Richmond State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of swimming pool equipment and systems. The contractor must have experience in swimming pool maintenance and repairs and must be able to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor. • The contractor must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance and repairs. • The contractor must have a valid Texas business license and must be registered with the Texas Secretary of State. • The contractor must have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must be able to provide references from previous clients. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed scope of work and a pricing schedule.
