Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at recreational sites in Kane County, UT, and Coconino County, AZ. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a firm fixed price. The contractor will be responsible for providing a sound hiring and retention plan, a quality control plan, and describing the primary equipment and supplies to be used. The contractor must also provide past performance information and a complete bid schedule.
• The contractor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
• The contractor must provide a sound technical approach to the work.
• The contractor must provide at least three similar projects completed within the last five years.
• The contractor must provide a complete bid schedule, including unit prices for each site.
• The government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
