CBP AMO MQ-9 PREDATOR B/GUARDIAN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (UAS) OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) is seeking information on potential vendors for MQ-9 Predator B/Guardian/SeaGuardian Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operational and maintenance support services. The CBP AMO UAS consists of one or more MQ-9 unmanned aircraft, a ground control station, and support equipment. Vendors should have experience in UAS maintenance, operation, and support, as well as knowledge of FAA regulations and CBP procedures. The scope of work includes providing UAS line maintenance, launch and recovery services, troubleshooting and diagnostic services, and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. • UAS maintenance and operation experience • Knowledge of FAA regulations and CBP procedures • Ability to provide UAS line maintenance, launch and recovery services, and troubleshooting and diagnostic services • Experience with UAS scheduled and unscheduled maintenance • Knowledge of CBP's current airworthiness standards and operating restrictions • Ability to provide trained, qualified, and current flight line and maintenance support personnel • Experience with UAS maintenance, repair, and overhaul • Ability to manage sub-contracts with OEMs when required • Experience with UAS design services and open architecture supportive of real-time/near real-time data dissemination
