Description
The City of Waco is seeking a qualified vendor to supply bulk liquid oxygen and perform an annual technical inspection of its liquid‑oxygen storage and vaporization system at the Dissolved Air Flotation Facility. The contractor must provide the product, all transportation and cryogenic transfer equipment, safety gear, documentation, and technical assistance, as well as conduct the mandatory inspection and any required reporting. Deliveries are to be made FOB destination in Waco, Texas, with the contract awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The scope includes ongoing annual supply (approximately 453,000 CCF of gaseous‑oxygen equivalent) and a yearly inspection service, with optional emergency response and supply‑continuity provisions.
