Description
The Department of Public Health is seeking a qualified Energy Service Provider to supply natural gas and related services to the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital and Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children. The contract will be for a period of 8 years, starting from July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2034. The successful bidder will be required to provide natural gas and related services within the specifications of the RFR.
• The bidder must provide a fixed basis pricing, with the only variable being the commodity price.
• The bidder must explain how excess and deficient volumes will be invoiced.
• The bidder must provide a cost proposal, including a basis price, commodity price, and city gate/delivered price.
• The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFR.
