Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a service maintenance agreement for three ultrafast pulsed laser systems used in the Glancy Lab, Knutson Lab, and the NHLBI Light Microscopy Core. The contractor shall provide OEM-authorized preventive maintenance, on-demand and emergency repair services, replacement of defective components, access to proprietary diagnostic tools, and services performed by OEM-trained personnel. The period of performance shall be one base year with three one-year option periods.
• The laser systems include XWG-MaiTai HP DS, XWG-MaiTai HP DSEV, and XWG-InSight.
• The contractor shall provide detailed service reports for all maintenance and repairs.
• The contractor shall respond to service requests within manufacturer-supported response timelines.
• The contractor shall coordinate all service activities with Government personnel to minimize disruption.
