Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a sole source contract to Getinge USA Sales for preventive maintenance and repair services for government-owned Getinge sterilization and related equipment at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in Phoenix, Arizona. The contractor will provide preventive maintenance inspections, corrective repairs, technical support, proprietary software access, and replacement parts for Getinge sterilizers, washer/disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, reverse osmosis systems, water savers, and electric boilers. The anticipated period of performance includes a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
• The contractor must provide OEM-authorized services for the identified equipment.
• The contractor must have exclusive access to proprietary software, diagnostic tools, replacement parts, and OEM-certified technicians.
• The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
