Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a general contractor to perform EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at the Castle Point VA Medical Center in Wappingers Falls, NY. The project includes infrastructure improvements such as electrical, bonding, UPS, and communication infrastructure upgrades, as well as the construction of a new data center and physical security upgrades. The project is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
• The project includes work on multiple buildings, including 1, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15E, 15H, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 35, 44, 88, and 111.
• The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work.
• The project has a magnitude of construction between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
• The period of performance is approximately 730 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.
