Gwinnett County is seeking a firm to provide a comprehensive, annual‑contract suite of materials‑testing, field‑testing, laboratory analysis, drilling, and related miscellaneous services for its various departments. The contract is firm‑price, lowest‑responsive‑responsible‑bid, and may be split or negotiated; it includes four optional one‑year renewals. Bidders must be full‑service firms capable of pricing at least 80 % of the first four sections, possess relevant certifications (e.g., AASHTO, Georgia DOT, NICET, Erosion Control Level 1A), and meet insurance minimums. No bid bond is required, but detailed bid schedules, qualifications, and affidavits are required.
