Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is seeking a contractor to provide truck scale calibration and preventative maintenance services at the Jacksonville, FL site location. The contractor will be required to perform scheduled preventive maintenance services and unscheduled corrective maintenance services as needed. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced, Time and Material Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The contractor must provide a price schedule and specifications for the services to be performed.
• The contractor must have experience in performing similar services, including truck scale calibration and maintenance.
• The contractor must provide a past performance proposal, including information on their experience and qualifications.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their registered service agency and agent (mechanic) certificates in accordance with Florida Statute Title XXXIII, Chapter 531.
• The contractor must provide a price schedule and specifications for the services to be performed.
