Description
The McKenzie School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to review previous facilities assessments of the district buildings and assist in developing a Long-Range Facility Plan. The plan should include all the District's buildings and meet the requirements outlined in OAR 581-027-0040 and OAR 581-027-0043. The selected firm will work with the District to develop a plan that aligns with the District's educational vision and priorities. Key tasks include:
• Conducting a facility assessment of the District's buildings
• Developing a Long-Range Facility Plan that meets the requirements outlined in OAR 581-027-0040 and OAR 581-027-0043
• Providing a ten-year plan for addressing the issues and needs of the District
• Presenting the plan to the Board and other stakeholders
• Providing 10 printed copies of the report and a digital file.
